about me

Hey, I'm Frankie!

I'm 23 years old and currently live in Miami Springs Florida with my dad, Jose and my twin sister, Silvia. I’ve always had an interest in racing since I was 4 years old. Over the years, my dad and I enjoyed going to several NASCAR races throughout the country. In 2018 I went to my first go-kart practice in Opa-Locka, FL. From there, I felt an instant love and passion that I’ve never felt before. I started karting regionally in June 2018 in South Florida.

After my first full regional and state year in 2019, I won the regional championship. It was after that, when I decided to pursue my racing career with Mazda Motorsports in Spec Miata. 2020 was a difficult year due to COVID and in that year I was only able to do a total of 5 races. In spite of that I was able to qualify for the Runoffs, and have continued to do so every year since. 2022, my first full year, I won my first race at the Turkey Trot in Sebring.

Spring boarding into 2023, this year was also filled with many challenges, but I still managed to place 16th in the Hoosier Super Tour final standings. My integrity, respect and love for the sport have increased my Racing IQ in a short period of time. I feel that having integrity is the most important value to have both on and off track. Without that you have no trust with other drivers, sponsors and other teams.

After the SCCA runoffs, I was fortunate enough to receive the “At Large” nomination from Mazda Motorsports for the MX-5 Cup Shootout. My ultimate goal is to use every opportunity available to further my racing career.
